Toxic materials in the food chain

If people don't make better decisions when they go to the supermarket or their local shops to buy cleaning agents, we will continue to have persistent chemicals entering our waterways and accumulating in our soil. These chemicals do eventually make their way into our food supply.

In fact, in some regions, people who hunt or fish are careful of what they carry home to their families. It is very easy for hazardous chemicals to enter the food chain via perch, bass, shrimp and other forms of sea life that form part of our regular diet.

Deadly household chemicals

Quite a few of the household chemicals  which we use every day are known to be toxic. In fact, some of these have not even been tested extensively in order to determine just how far reaching their effects are.

While the Environmental Protection Agency ( EPA) stands between consumers and companies that are not as careful as they should be with their processes, only consumers can make the right choice about the chemicals they use at home.
